Anbaumethoden um Sprossen zu ziehen
[hidden screen=“md,lg“ display=“inline“][toc][/hidden] Wie bei jeder Pflanzenzucht gibt es auch beim Anbau von Sprossen verschiedene Methoden, um diese erfolgreich zu ziehen. Dabei ist dies immer abhängig von der Pflanzenart und ob die Samen z.b. schleimend sind. In diesem folgenden Artikel gehen wir näher auf die einzelnen Anbauarten ein und nennen dazu einige Vor- und Nachteile, die du wissen solltest.
Wichtige Punkte bei allen Anbaumethoden
Will man die Keimlinge erfolgreich ziehen, so muss man unabhängig vom Keimwerkzeug darauf achten, dass alle Keimbedingungen erfüllt sind. Dies bedeutet konkret, dass man die Samen täglich ausreichend mit Wasser versorgt. Nicht schleimbildende Samen brauchen 2 Wässerungen am Tag, während man Schleimsaaten wie z.B. Rucolasprossen 3-4 mal täglich spülen sollte.
Wichtig ist auch noch, dass die Umgebungstemperatur stimmt und dadurch der Keimprozess nicht gestört wird. Sonst gedeihen die Sprossen gar nicht und es kommt zur Schimmelbildung. Für die meisten Samen reicht eine normale Temperatur von 18-22°C vollkommen aus.
Auch noch zu beachten ist eine ausreichende Luft- und Lichtversorgung. Die Keimlinge sprießen sonst langsam bis gar nicht. So dürfen die Samen nicht eng beieinander liegen, weil die Sprossen dadurch zu wenig Luft bekommen werden und das Keimwerkzeug darf niemals in der prallen Sonne stehen. Für gewöhnlich benötigen die Sprossen in den letzten Keimtagen etwas mehr Licht, weshalb man diese auch dann an einem helleren Ort stellen sollte.

Das besondere an dieser Anbaumethode ist, dass man durch die verschiedenen Ebenen mehrere Sorten auf einmal ziehen kann. Das Keimgerät eignet sich besonders gut für kleinere Samen und ist für jeden Laien einfach handzuhaben, weswegen dies die beliebteste Anbaumethode darstellt. Sowohl Microgreens als auch Sprossen können in einem Sprossenturm gedeihen.
